Tennessee Attorney General Bob Cooper says landlords can ban their tenants from bringing firearms into their property even if they have handgun carry permits.

This is something to consider. Cops come and there is a problem but there is no arrest. However they do recover guns.
With this as a lease provision you would have grounds to evict based on the police report.
I know the whole second amendment thing. But this is private and not government.
Perhaps we could ask JB Van Hollen his opinion?
